Semi On-Site Service For the semi on site service option, we would arrive up to 1 1/2 hours prior to your event. Our preparation prior to the event on site includes setting up serving tent, tables, chafer pans, etc. Typically, we start packing up after all your guest have gone through the buffet line. Before we pack up, we box up your leftovers for you, then start loading up our gear for departure.
