Drop Off Service- For the drop off service option, we would arrive approx. 1.5 hours before prior to your event. Our preparation prior to the event includes setting up chafer units and place food into designated chafer. At your convenience, we will collect our chafer units at a later date. Additional details are upon request.

Semi On-Site Service For the semi on site service option, we would arrive up to 1 1/2 hours prior to your event. Our preparation prior to the event on site includes setting up serving tent, tables, chafer pans, etc. Typically, we start packing up after all your guest have gone through the buffet line. Before we pack up, we box up your leftovers for you, then start loading up our gear for departure.

For the on site service option, we would arrive up to 3 hours prior to your event. Our preparation prior to the event on site includes prepping, cooking, setting up serving tent, tables, chafer pans, etc. Typically, we start packing up after all your guest have gone through the buffet line. Before we pack up, we box up your leftovers for you, then start loading up our gear for departure.

On-Site Full Service-we would arrive up to 4 hours prior to your event. Our preparation prior to the event on site includes food prepping and cooking, setting up tables (plates, flatware, glasses, etc), serving tables, chafer pans, etc. Table clearing, cleaning. Before we pack up, we box up your leftovers for you, then start loading up our gear for departure.
